![]() # user need to set this directory where slicing software is located Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/lib/freecad/3D_Printer.py", line 29, in os.chdir(SLICER):(2, 'No such file or directory','/usr/share/cura/cura.py') Now the message displayed for Freecad is as follows: ![]() ![]() This is my script, modified to my slicer program (Cura), I changed the line 28 (# Put your Slicer program location here) and the last line (subprocess.Popen(). ![]() It was probably a simple copy/paste error that got that (and maybe others out of line) just remember that in that script, and all others there the lines that are furthest left need to be ALL be to the left margin in the editor (FreeCAD / Kate / Wordpad / etc.) Hope this helps.Įdit - here is a screenshot of the Editor in freecad showing the script and how the spacing should be. That line should be placed all the way to the left as all the lines in the script that you see on that page that are in line with it. Python is rather particular about indentation. I'll drop a line to normandc and ask him to move it so if you see it moved, don't be alarmed or puzzled. 'unexpected indent',('/usr/lib/freecad/Macro_3D_Printer_Slicer.py',1,1, 'import FreeCAD\n'))įirst off, I should say that this question would of been better posted in the "Help" section, or better yet, in the hopefully soon to be created "Python sctrips and Macros" section. This is the message in the python console
